Steve Martini

National Director since 2001, Steve is a 4th generation member of BAC Local 1 of St. Louis. He began as a bricklayer apprentice in 1969, and served as the Local JATC Instructor and Training Coordinator. He is a 1999 graduate of ICP.
Greg Stinner

Greg joined IMI after retiring from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has a Master’s in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Business Management from Webster University.
 
Ed Bellucci, Jr.

Ed began his masonry career in 1968, while attending the University of New Haven. He is a member of BAC Local 1 MVD. He taught at the Harper’s Ferry Job Corps Center, and served as Regional Director.
Jerry Browning

A graduate of Purdue University, Jerry has been working in training program deveopment and management for over 25 years. He joined the staff of the National Commission on the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution in the mid-80s. He returned to IMI in his current position in 1992.
 
Michael Kassman, CHST

Mike began his trade with BAC Local 45 Buffalo, NY in 1990. He received the 1994 “BAC Craft Award” for restoration. He is a 2003 ICP graduate, and in 2005 earned a dual BA from The National Labor College. He is a CPWR “Master Safety Trainer.”
Kevin Bobo

Kevin manages IMI's Training Management System and teaches computer classes at ICP and Contractor College. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Frostburg University. He joined IMI in 1997.
 
Kenyaetta N. Bush, CMP

Kenyaetta earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Catholic University in 1990. Other designations include Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Convention Industry Council and Meeting and Convention Management Specialist from Goucher College.
Lynn O'Brien

Lynn has been with BAC/IMI for over 19 years. She has a BA in Public Policy Analysis from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Affairs from UT-Austin.

Keith graduated from Houston Technical Institute for Bricklayers in 1974, and joined Local 7 Houston. He has served as an instructor, apprentice coordinator and authorized OSHA Construction Outreach Instructor.
 
Terry Hays

Terry a third generation bricklayer and member of BAC Local 1 in Seattle. He joined IMI as a Brick Instructor in 1996. An ICP graduate in 2001, Terry was named Instructor of the Year in 2001. He is a certified instructor for Jahn, OSHA and MSHA Instructor A courses.
Dennis Holloway

Dennis began his career in Building Restoration in 1982 with BAC Local 1 NY. He became an IMI Instructor in 1993 and center director in 1999. He is a 2001 ICP graduate.
 
Bob Mion

Bob Mion is a 5th generation terrazzo worker and a member of Local 3 NY. He was a multi-craft instructor in tile/marble/terrazzo, plaster, and cement. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences and a B.A. from the National Labor College. He is a 1997 ICP graduate.
Michael Papp

A member of BAC Local 21 IL since 1977, Michael is a 2nd generation bricklayer, stone and marble mason. He was an Instructor for 12 years, and is a 2000 ICP graduate.
