Diane has more than 30 years' experience in engineering and construction, mostly in masonry. She is Chair of the Masonry Standards Joint Committee (TMS 402/ACI 530/ASCE 5) and former chair of ASTM Committee C15. She has a BSCE and an MBA from the University of Toledo and is registered in Ohio and Michigan.

Roy is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC) and serves on the board of the Architectural Specialty Group of AIC and the Association for Preservation Technology-DVC. He is an Architectural Conservator with experience in design and contracting capacities. Roy teaches the Masonry Conservation Seminar within the Graduate Program in Historic Preservation at the University of Pennsylvania.
