Martini

Director since 2001, Steve is a 4th generation
member of BAC Local 1 of St. Louis. He began
as a bricklayer apprentice in 1969, and served
as the Local JATC Instructor and Training
Coordinator. He is a 1999 graduate of ICP. |

Stinner
Chief Operating Officer, The Flynn Center

| Greg joined IMI after retiring from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
He has a Master’s in Building Construction
from the University of Florida and a Master’s
in Business Management from Webster University. |

| Ed began his masonry career
in 1968, while attending the University of
New Haven. He is a member of BAC Local 1 MVD.
He taught at the Harper’s Ferry Job Corps
Center, and served as Regional Director. |

Jerry
Browning
Director of Program Operations

| A graduate of Purdue University,
Jerry has been working in training program
deveopment and management for over 25 years.
He joined the staff of the National Commission
on the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution
in the mid-80s. He returned to IMI in his current
position in 1992. |

Coordinator

| Mike joined The Flynn Centerr staff in 1999. He began his trade
in 1990 in Buffalo, NY and in 1994, received
the BAC “Craft Award” for best restoration
project. He is recognized by the CPWR as a “Master
Safety Trainer” and is a 2003 Instructor
Certification Program graduate. |

| Matt began his career
as a union marble setter and stone mason in
1986. He won BAC’s “Best Craftsman” honors
in 1986, and studied stone restoration and
carving in Italy. He is a member of BAC Local
1 MVD and ASTM’s C-18 Committee. |

| Kevin joined IMI in 1997.
Prior to working for IMI, Kevin worked as a
Job Service Specialist for the U.S. Department
of Labor specializing in Union job placements.
He received a Bachelor’s degree from
Frostburg State University in 1991. |

| Bob has nearly three decades
experience as a tile finisher, setter, instructor
and apprentice coordinator. He has a Bachelor’s
degree from the University of Arizona and is
certified to teach scaffold and construction
safety. He is a member of BAC Local 18 CA. |

and joined Local 7 Houston. He has served as
an instructor, apprentice coordinator and authorized

| Terry a third generation bricklayer and member of BAC Local 1 in Seattle. He joined IMI as a Brick Instructor in 1996. An ICP graduate in 2001, Terry was named Instructor of the Year in 2001. He is a certified instructor for Jahn, OSHA and MSHA Instructor A courses. |

| Bob Mion is a 5th generation
terrazzo worker and a member of Local 3 NY.
He was a multicraft instructor in tile/marble/terrazzo,
plaster, brick and cement. He holds an Associate’s
Degree in Applied Sciences and a B.A. from
the National Labor College. He is a 1997 ICP
graduate. |

He is a former apprentice coordinator and president
of Local 1 MA. He is a 1995 ICP graduate and
an ACI Certified examiner for North America. |
